Summary:
when you go into a sub-menu for a crime - and the nerve hits the required amount, it doesn't let you use that specific crime
Replication steps:
1) go to a crime submenu you don't currently have the nerve for
2) Wait for the neve to reach the required amount
3) when Nerve is the required minimum, do crime

Desktop version is also effected with this issue
