Well, I always have quite a few goals each year, so the next one I hope to each soon is 25k med items used—more than half of those are from filling empty blood bags! (^__^;)

(^__^;) I’ve declined a ton of missions because of that as well. In fact, I just declined the “Safari” mission again two days ago:

…but I decline quite a few missions that I think are a huge waste of e, a waste of travel time (i.e., a waste of natural e to destinations farther than Switzerland), or a waste of money.

Congrats! I'm under 2 weeks til I complete 1000 missions as well.
Oof, you're goind very strong. I see you're already ~24k. That is nuts. Do you use SFAK's too?
I am currently working on the busting ones. Kind of a relaxing thing to do, and I know it's going to take a while, so better start that already. Just finished the education courses to make it at least a little bit more doable.

I only use SFAKs when my hospital time is less than 20 min. I prefer using my med CD on filling empty blood bags as much as possible. (^__^;)
Busting is nice, but you’re right, it is a grind. I only bust five peeps (sometimes six if I’m lucky) a day because that’s usually the max I can do at my level.
