Hi Yuno, welcome to Torn City!
Please understand that this game is a long-run, my friend. Torn City is a marathon not a sprint. There are many people who have played over 10 years here.
You need to join a faction, a new player friendly faction where players are willing to offer help and answer questions. But apparently many are cache farmers now.
If anyone knows of a new player friendly (not cache farming) factions, please post about them here.

Back when I just began to play this game, I had the good or ill fortune, depending on where you sit, to find a cesium in the city. This event catapulted me into a realm of mediocrity seldom achieved by people.
On the other side of the coin, the radioactive material also started to eat away at my very neurons in my CNS. I developed transient episodes of neuropathic pain, as well as transient episodes of lucidity.
At times my vision would leave me entirely leaving me to wander through solitude or I would become diplopic and be forced to endure twice the horrors this city has on offer.
I have lost seven of my teeth that my maxillofacial surgeon says is from the constant use of smoked amphetamines, but I know it's truly due to the radioactive material seeping into my very being.
My best advice to you is this:

although PT didn’t take me in since i never went there and it doesn’t even have to be PT itself. I think it’s extremely important for leafs to join GOOD factions as early as possible. A lot of noobs i speak with never end up leaving those starter factions that are recommended to them. Nothing rellly wrong with them but they would be way better off joining an HOF sub or some kind of 1M plus faction but i feel as if they get comfortable or maybe feel bad to just leave the faction that first took them in.
Imo ched should just really get rid of the recommending noob factions to noobs players. They’re more likely to keep playing the game if they end up in a high R faction.

Best answers for the questions (that I'll answer even though the person who posted this does not need the answers)
Sell losses, and sell more losses after using a xanax. Keep doing so until you have enough networth to go around. There's also the option of spending some energy at NPC raids. You have a chance to win stuff that's roughly millions for the common items and billions for the weapons. Risky option involves Russian Roulette and Spin the Wheel.
Happy jumps (4 xanax, 4 Edvds, 1 ecstacy), or Choco jump (Swap 4 Edvd with 48 big box of chocolates, which can be done through shoplifting crimes). Make sure to have at least 1k happy (Mansion base happy), or 4k+ Happy by renting or owning a Private Island. More information on that in an existing thread by someone else.
Level 15 is more on flying to buy flowers and plushies that can be sold for a huge profit. If not in a Private Island with an Airstrip, keep flying (or selling losses) until there's enough cash to rent a PI with Airstrip for at least 20 days. Also buy about 250 points when possible to unlock the Bazaar to remove listing fee.
Baldr's Guide has good leveling targets. Try to pick the highest level targets whenever possible, and make sure stats are higher than the one to attack.

Not sure what you need help with, but as far as I can see, you're doing pretty good already. You've joined a starter job and joined a faction. Faction being the most important thing in my opinion.

Not sure what you need help with, but as far as I can see, you're doing pretty good already. You've joined a starter job and joined a faction. Faction being the most important thing in my opinion.
