I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

I've tried disabling TT and even clearing caches.

Whenever I open a conversation or someone messages me, the chat box starts at the oldest part of the conversation. I have to always scroll down to the new conversation for what was just said.

Is anyone else having this issue or is it a known issue by chance?

I don't have any issues with missing chats. Just the chat boxes, every time, start at the oldest part of the conversation and have to scroll down to see anything new said, as where it used to open at the bottom (newer) section of what was said.

Opening chats from both recent and friends tab also opens the chat back toward the beginning for me as well. Kiwi Browser, Samsung A70. With or without TT.

Edited to add: Same issue when using laptop. Chrome, Windows 11

How soon is soon? I'm just curious because it's still doing this today and just making sure it didn't "break" again. Thanks for all the help!

Okay. I've done that and it seems some chat windows are still having this issue. Ill try "X'ing" out the conversation and starting a new log and see if that fixes it.

Guys I am having the same issue. So yesterday I was on Torn and even though my wifi was working fine, for some reason, I could not connect to the server and send messages. Today I open up torn and I find that my faction chat has been reversed to what it was weeks ago, and some private chats have also been reverted to what it was previously from a long time ago, and a lot of my other chats have been completely reset to nothing, even though it hasn't been that long since we last talked. The strangest thing is some of my chats that have been blanked out previously from long periods of inactivity have restored to the previous version of what we talked about before the chats blanked out.
