Explain trains

I want to get a 10 star job at the end of the year, but don't know the best way to go about it, the job I'm at now trains me once a day, I know that someone people sell/buy trains and I want to know how this works and how much job stats i could be earning per day, thanks

If you're getting trained once per day, you're doing well. Each company receives trains daily in roughly (to make it simple) the same number as the number of stars for the company. So, if you are in a 4 star company, the company has 4 trains to distribute; 10 star company has 10 trains to distribute. The director can distribute those as they like - can can freely give them to company employees or they can sell those trains to interested employees. Trains right now sell for between 250-500k each. They are a great way to boost your job stats quickly to get into a job with better perks. Many 10* companies will sell trains to lower stat members - keep an eye on the "selling trains" thread or reach out to your current director - the worst they can say is "no".

In any job position there is a primary stat and a secondary stat. Each train is 50 on the primary stat and 25 in the secondary stat. The job also gives you some daily amount that’s “passive”.

If you buy 10 trains/day, you can get 50 x 10 trains + 40ish “passive” = 540 on your role’s primary stat and 270 on secondary stat, every day.

Trains can cost 350k-650k each. If you’re buying 10 trains/day, this could cost you 3.5 - 6.5 mil/day.

• Manual labor 102,411
• Intelligence 60,623
• Endurance 65,451
• Total 228,485

Please I need a job, minimum of 2.5m per day
