I just give 8's and 10's to everyone. You're all beautiful and special to me in your own ways.

I start at 5 if it's just pic of themselves with their name on a scrap of paper
6/7/8 if using props depending on quality
9 if there's a cat
10 if they've really gone all out
4 if it's just someone holding a gun

I've only had 1 10 so far and that was the little old man who dressed as a racer, proudly displaying his "racer" title in his entry.
Loved the pure joy on his face as he's doin what he loves here.

By default, I rate everyone a 1.
If I find the person in the photo attractive, they'll get between a 5-10 depending on how hot they are.

I like to see what creativity people use. I love boobs as much as the next person but if I feel they are trying too hard I’ll rate low. Thankfully this year has been creative and different. Same goes for people standing with an arsenal of weapons trying to look impressive I give them a low score

I just rate the women and go by their hotness. It's a pretty easy system.

8 for just the normal “put some effort but didn’t go wild.” 6 or 7 for “just doing it for the merits.” 10s for people jumping out of planes, giving birth, making movie posters or anything else completely over the top. 5s for people covering the majority of their face. 10s for people I adore.
The cat temp got a ten from me too! It was awesome! You know we all would equip a cat if we could!

I personally don't understand why i am still listed so high. It's just a shot of an old Desperate man with no creativity, no Torn related theme and the foto was a mistake, i had no intension of this shot and the cam just kept clicking. I look totally lost and stupid. Absolutely no reason why i am still in top 10. Sorry for this poor result.
But then, as i browsed through all the other entries to vote, it dawned on me.
95% of the entries male or female, are even more boring then my mistakenly taken foto.
Most are just to get the merrit sure that's OK, Paper number name, hardly visible, half face covid masked, that's it.
Or a gun or knife in hand and trying to look tough, or just a nice scenery in garden with a nerdy smile, or a completely unauthentic setting and face expression. It's more Kindergarten stuff, infact kindergarten is bettter than 90% of this stuff we see here.
Also some really good shots were on Page 3,4,5 after 10 minutes. That lady doing a parachute jump, how awesome with her name and id written on hand, and a few others too, but they were just downrated so fast. Pretty girls are still rated high just for being pretty. I am glad to see a really touching foto of a woman in hosp at no.1 atmo, that has meaning. And i am glad that alot of People see it the same way.
I know tldr. But basically the people who really tried are rare. I personally found this year pretty dismal all round including me. And that's why an old idiot with a boring foto and mistakenly taken, ends up so high. Cause the Others are even worse lol. No offence but next year we will all need to pull up our socks to improve the authenticity, quality and Creativeness of this really funny, enjoyable event.
P.s. CHED/BOGIE !!! the prizes should be higher and also further down the Line to be top 10 or even top 25

On day 1 I go through everyone, rating without really any particular system. On subsequent days, I just look at the list of everyone that has entered and see if there's anyone I know there. If there is, I go through Mr or Ms side until I get to them so I can give them a 10 (and on all of the people previous to them, I just kind of 'go with my gut' and rate them whatever I'm feeling like in that particular moment), and then stop when I get to the person I know. Not a whole heck of a lot of people that I know wind up entering, so for the most part, 90% of the people I rate are people who entered on Day 1.
Base score is 7 if they're ugly or covering their face. 8 if they're ok looking and using minor props. 9 if they're dedicated to selling themselves. 10 for shock value whether by extreme ugliness or fanatical dedication. And 6 if i just don't like them.
Most people get a 2/3
If they have a pet, 5/6
If they're literally just holding a gun/knife, it's a 1/2
Any form of creative username placement gets an 8 (depending on the criteria above)
9/10 if they impress me
