If you are being bullied by a player in chats or messaages the best thing to do is set them to ignore. To chat block someone, open a chat with them and click on the circle to the right. To mail block them, go to your mailbox and type their name into the Ignore List. Should the user continue trying to contact you even after you've blocked them, please lodge a report from their player profile.
If they are attacking you repetitively, again the best thing to do is usually ignore them and they usually get bored pretty fast and find something else to do. Your faction may also be able to help you.
If you feel that this player is breaking the rules, please file a player report on them from their profile.

A lot of 'big' players are vultures they do actively prey on little field mice ie try to threaten new players for play money.

I would not suggest this course of action. Thee are people in the game that respond with 100 bounties to every one that gets placed on them. You wont win a bounty war with a player that has 1000 times your net worth.
Yeah. Even if they'd spend more, money is not worth the same to everyone, and it's very easy to make the game difficult to play for a new player.
Best thing to do is ignore them, or ask your faction to intervene and talk to the player/their leadership. As you keep playing and making friends, they would either get bored or your friends/faction/generous players like dunmug may will help you resolve it.

True, sharkey is an extreme example, but it's still bad advice.
I can't help but be curious on why op is being bullied. Rarely do bullies just find someone at random and start in on them. I'm willing to bet there is more to this story.

Yeah I agree it's terrible advice. People often play with bounty to scare ppl off or "teach them some lesson" until the ppl they are bountying bite the bullet n retaliate.
It's not about NW tho more about stat. OP has no stat means 101k bounties are enough to keep him in hosp which is cheap change. Strong level 87 averagely around 2.5b. Op needs to spend 500k-800k perbounty to be claimed. I don't think OP can afford that.

Seriously though, just get lvl 15 and lvl hold for some free defends if they're bountying you, otherwise ignore them, people like that have very short attention spans, can't hit everyone at once.
