Please tell me your thoughts on how to use those refills for the best results!
Thinking to spent some of them on a Rev contract to make some money cause im broke

Buy a 99k happy jump if you care about battle stats
Otherwise do what you suggested
99k happy with a 12-13 minute window to use all those refills for training would be the best use of all those free refills. Be sure to get donator status first, 7k difference in energy vs non donator. What ever you do, don't sell losses.
use them for RW and make a shit ton of money if your battlestats aren't too bad
I think the Halloween event would be your best bet by far, if you can wait that long. Lots of money to be made there.
If they had high battlestats this would be the answer. With 2-25M BS I somewhat doubt they will really get to use all those refills quickly. Imo happy jump 99K or Halloween would be their best bet.

Welcome back. If I were in your shoes, I'd hold them until the last week of October and then go HAM on the trick or treat event, investing in your basket a long the way.
2nd choice: find a faction willing to pay outsiders willing to help do a 50,000 speed chain.
3rd choice: Wait until you have the Ugly Energy book, jump your happy up past 50k using poison mistletoes and then go crazy training for 15 minutes.
Pray in church 4200 times
And miss out on potentially YEARS of refills for a book, Andy, did you sell your account?

1. If you're not happy with your battlestats (which you probably aren't) do a 99k happy jump and train it all in that ~13 minute timespan.
Either buy the happy from someone (steal it with 2 poison mistletoes from someone able to reach 99k happy) or do the jump yourself as I'm assuming you have decent workstats with your age. train > refill > train > refill > etc etc
2. (personally not recommended) if you care more about money then be a merc for ranked wars. Factions normally pay on a per-hit basis (do not settle for anything less than 2m per hit, anything less is just a scam) and need people of all stat ranges. Just make sure you hit targets within your stat range to maximize the respect gains, and be ready for "tactical" torn fighting (not just chaining)
3. (I'd highly recommend this over #2 if you're money-focused) Wait for the Halloween event. If they don't nerf it this year, it'll continue to be the biggest money-printer Torn has ever seen. Attack anyone to get treats, turn in treats for items or halloween basket upgrades. These upgrades let you be more efficient with your treats-for-items conversions. You can reach a point where you can exchange treats for big-ticket items such as energy drink packs, 25e cans, FHCs, EDVDs, and even casino passes, as well as gain energy when you exchange treats.
Basically you'd attack and collect treats until you get your basket upgraded enough to do the following: attack and collect 250 (I forget the exact number) treats. Exchange treats for 1000 energy, and a bunch of the previously-mentioned random goodies, use that 1000e to collect another 250 (?) treats, supplemented with refills. Repeat. Essentially you are attacking nonstop for free, and are gaining multiple big-ticket items while doing so.

When I went inactive and came back to a crap tonne of refills, I used it to get the 500 killstreak merit back when it was a very rare honour. If you don’t want that achievement I’d go with some of the other suggestions as they’re pretty good
