You would have gained the battle stats trigger between the two mentioned dates which was used to fill the ghost trigger left by dipping below 500m networth.
When you regained the 500m networth, the trigger would activate as intended since the battle stats trigger never gave you the rank up when you achieved the required battle stats to hit the trigger.
You currently have 9 triggers which means you have the Competent rank correctly. When you dipped below 500m networth, you then gained the trigger for completing 5k crimes, which was used to fill the ghost netwroth trigger and did not provide you a rank up. If you go above 500m networth again, you will gain 11th trigger and rank up one more time.
