Here's one of my boss' extremely oversaturated ad posts (and yes, he blurred the price of zucchini because it was way too high lmao)

It might be an entry level job, but it's my first, and you learn a lot of completely useless information working in a green grocer, like the specific crunchiness of each apple variety.

Boss has to get up at 4 am to go to market every couple of days, and I'm pretty sure he's motivated through pure hatred for major supermarkets

If I were to provide picture evidence I would first have to violate NDA's by taking the pictures in the first place, let alone sharing them.

That said, I have worked on the electric system of tunnels, explosion risk zones for Rockwool, repair at automatic food distribution centers, but the one that shocked me the most was the bank network upgrade.

I felt uncomfortable about that one. I honestly felt like I was in the storage room of a store, nobody stayed around, the safes were open and... it just felt unprofessional that they left us to it. My best guess is that it that is was like $30k laying around. I guess the "bring a ladder and they will let you in anywhere" is true. In this case they were expecting us, but I was only notified like 30 minutes prior to the job, so it all just felt bizarre.

As far as Australian varieties go, Kanzi is by far the crunchiest. It also comes with a bit of sweetness - they're very similar to Jazz, which are slightly sweeter but less crunchy.
There's also missile apples, which are super sweet and crunchy, but so small that they're gone in about 2 bites lol.
My personal favourite are Ambrosia apples. I'm not really sure if they're local to my state or more widespread, but they're ridiculously good. Same consistency as a jazz, but they have this really unique honey undertone that I can't get enough of
