Many factions have sub factions. Even factions which cant even find enough good players for the main faction. Not a good idea.
The core has to be solid.
Sub factions are often a vanity project, a white elephant ... a waste of time ...
Of course there is serious play money to be made from ranked warring. But if the sub faction isnt right it isnt right.. You have to get stuff done in ranked wars. If the sub is populated by semi active field mice and multis its not going to go so well....

start playing the entire game properly and you will be taken more seriously and this will have access to better factions...

you are fighting a cache farm, soz, that's how they fight. in harder wars pushes and turtle strats are important,
you are just getting trounced because that faction balanced their higher stat leader with a bunch of newer players, so they run and he just does all the fighting, its how these cache farms operate
