Sad cause my favourite casino game is blackjack, all the other ones actually take time to learn and stuff so I just stick to bj and that Mario poker game on the DS.

The thing that sets torn bj apart from any other casino is the fact that decks shuffle after EVERY play. I think that one change would make the odds much more fair, still in the houses favor, but not unreasonably so. The weird thing is that people keep finding the higher the wager, the lower your odds, read some of the other blackjack posts in the forums

It could just be confirmation bias or something, but I do find that when I make $100.00 bets it's difficult to lose, like, ever. When I make $100m bets, it's win one, lose one, win one lose one...

I will also agree that the fact the decks shuffle every hand helps. I've never seen a losing streak more than a few hands - whereas in real casinos I've seen it go on and on.... and consistently, at that.

Nice thing about advanced martingales? not only are you prepared to lose several hands in a row, but you actually profit from doing so.

But yes, Torn's BJ doesn't actually shuffle 8 decks like it says it does, the 8 decks is just a dupe limit. but if you set up a Max bet / 2.2^10 martigale (10-step advanced) or a max bet / 2^10 martingale (10-step simple) you can lose 9 straight times and still come out with a profit.

I assume that's what Reaper does for their gambling
