Yeah theres been some hiccups today to say the least. I can see why theres some fustrations. Hard to remedy the Ranked War issue though.
Honestly, if a site like Torn only has issues 0.04% of the time on average, that's pretty good going. That's the equivalent of just half a minute per day, or 17 minutes per month.
The important thing is that we've got a great team here who're very happy to immediately jump on any problems that do occur at any moment in time, and are constantly seeking ways to improve things or prevent them from happening in the future. Even if the issues seem unavoidable - like when when something that's meant to be fully redundant fails due to some shitty software update :(

Ched and the team have a lot to work on that is over due (crimes 2.0.... shit I just reset the clock, more missions etc) but if there is one thing that we really shouldn't be bitching about its the reliability of the servers, they really do a damn good job of that.
