    harder to rig elim this year since it's all pot luck, so none of the normal leaders care anymore

How are elimination leaders picked?? How are other members allowing noobs to be leaders of their teams?

Edit: my problem is 400 people allowing their team to be dragged down by some uneducated noobs pertaining to be leaders.

Self nominate, its a tough job to do and requires a lot of time and organisation.

It helps if the leader is a known person in Torn but if you show enthusiasm and work well a new player can easily become a leading role.

Also helps if you have support, and this is why most teams opt for 2 or 3 (or 4) leaders.

I think its a good idea to have 2 or 3 leaders for eliminations!

It's quite fun to see a bunch of people all declaring themselves leader of the same team. Multiple discord servers go up, multiple people ask donations to be sent their way, each contender gathers their own cabinet. But usually the masses lend their support to the more popular/illustrious names, if they make their campaign known before it's too late.

I'm honestly surprised that didn't happen to us (Satants). We had no big names step up for quite a while, and I thought "shiii we're gonna get a heap of randoms fighting over it and we'll end up first out for sure"

They needed someone at least kind of likable to offset "The Nova Factor" so we dont get "Grudge Flipped" on, so ... I got elected.

Genuine, Laughing Stock is led by a little bitch named FidelCashflow and two noobs who have no clue how eliminations are played. Making the wrong team allies and playing shit politics.

My mistake was that I joined the team late or else I would have been the leader.

Leaders pick themselves, and if you get enough leaders under the same faction, such as Monarch to pick a name at random, the game is already decided...
