1) I just wondering, can a low quality armor/weapon be boost up the percentage?
- example from 10.00% quality, boost up to 100.00% quality or higher?
- is there any trick to boost the quality up?

2) what happen to super low quality armor/weapon like 0.05% or 1.00% if we use it in a long time, can it suddenly destroy & vanish? or it just stay with that rating and we can use the armor/weapon like forever?

1) Weapon Quality is fixed from the moment you buy it. You can’t change or upgrade it to better percentage.

2) You weapon won’t get destroyed no matter how many times you use it. So, it will stay with you forever as long as you dont sell it or trash it.

Quality is simply the measure of how good a peice of equipment is compared to the minimum and maximum stats of that piece. It's determined on spawn (ie when it's bought or picked up) and can't be increased or decreased through any means.

Armour is easy, there's only one stat, so a 22.5 armour leather body will always be 50% quality (all leather bodies will spawn between 20-25 armour)

Weapons is a little more complicated, but use the same idea, except each stat (damage, accuracy) is weighted equally. As an example, a 9mm uzi has the stats between 65-70 damage and 43-48 accuracy, so using these numbers, a 50% quality weapon could occur from:

65 dmg, 48 acc
70 dmg, 43 acc
67.5 dmg, 45.5 acc
66 dmg, 47 acc

...and so on. In general, the higher the quality, the better the weapon, but in some cases, you might value one stat over another (acc on macana, or dmg on flail for example) so it can be sometimes very confusing!
