the legend went into the negative with xanax and addiction and used an stat enhancer to permanently put a stat into the negative, this was patched out afterwards but he is allowed to keep it

pretty sure these were removed to prevent new players from getting negative stats, after a new player od'd and got negative stats

It wasn't the legend. It was CockyNudist that did that. But yes, it was patched afterwards.

you can't take it at full life tho. use an empty blood bag to reduce your life a bit, then take the radioactive one
It's also not permanent, it's around -2% stats, but slowly reducing to zero in around 11 hours... you can probably take multiple ones if you don't care about stats that much
you also can't get out of hospital unless you use the neumune tablet, so you better know what you're doing :p

You misunderstood. Selling defends takes energy, which could otherwise be spent at the gym growing your stats. So it is a comparative loss of stats when put against someone who does spend all the energy at the gym.
