What are you having trouble with?
signing into my old online account.
It comes up with the download profile.
i put in my gmail and password then i select the storage drive to download it to.
but. problem.
"sorry you have the wrong credentials"
or something like that.
i know the password and gmail is right. that works.
but it still comes up with that same sign in error

I'm afraid I haven't come across that exact issue, but have had similar issues with the signing in part in the past.
One time it used to make me add a different backup email every time I signed in, and would just throw up some error message at the end of it all anyway and keep me offline.
Another time I could only be signed in but offline, or online but signed out...
Now it just makes me sign in every time I boot up the console, which gets tedious very quickly.
I know it gets said alot, but I'd try contact MS support and see if they'll help you out with it.

I had a similar problem. My problem ended up being my password was too long. Apparently I had changed my password over the years and it's allowed to be that long for xbox one and logging in on a PC but I wasn't able to fully enter my password on the xbox 360. I shortened my pass and logged right in.
