When the chain begins you may start hitting. Bare in mind you do not need to make all your hits in one go. The chain is likely to last many hours. Select your target to gain maximum respect. To do so do not attack players that are totally inferior to yourself.
Always keep an eye on faction chat when chaining. There are various points in the chain where bonuses can be obtained. These are controlled by the chain watcher(s) at that time. They may well give instruction the the faction as a whole via chat.
What is chain watching.
Basically what is says. At the left of your screen you will see a timer. When a chain hit is made it reads 5 minutes and decreases eventually to zero. The idea is that the chain watcher does not allow it to reach zero as the chain will break. Simply the longer the chain the more respect is earned.
