I've restored all chains that I could following the outage. Once a chain has fully cooled down however I cannot restore them, my apologies to those who lost out.
Does the timers have some sort of soft stop during downtime? If not, what dictates when a chain fully cools down? Asking because it's obviously not about the 5 minute rule (or there would be no need to restore the chains).
