As we all know, PT-F has been absolutely BLASTING through the records to get to 100k. But thanks to clever preparations, I believe PT-IronHearts gets to formally be the first PT faction with someone who holds the merit.


I want to thank Kalaya [2268831] for being such a great leader and mentor to me ever since I joined, those long six days ago. And cookdandbombd [2450557] for vouching for me to be able to join. My condolences to PT-Family members who just weren't fast enough to keep up with IronHearts, who are clearly the strongest in the family. <3

Damn impressive timing there guys, congrats!
Major accomplishment especially given having a DB dropped on you - but you banded together to overcome the effects and achieve a huge milestone in Torn history. Cudos!

--Edit-- my congratulations are to PT Family. After reading comments that you left your faction to get the achievement first knowing that your faction was planning doing the 100k chain, kind of a dick move.

I left the faction I'd been warring at, to help B3 with their chain. Unfortunately, they had some spots that had been reserved and so I was only able to participate for a day or so, after my recruit status. I was planning, and willing to commit to lending my Energy until the chain was done. They had warned me that if any of the people who had reserved a spot showed up, they'd have to remove me, so no hard feelings that it happened.

Then I moved to PT, just as they were about to start their chaining. I actually had no clue when PT was going to officially start their chain.

If you read the 100k speed thread they didn't even know xD
They went for a fiddy and then thought B3 can do it so can we lets do anotha fiddy

We would have loved for Gen to stay with us for the chain! We know he would have held his own, but unfortunately the spots were promised to earlier people and he was last on the list.
