Dark Power exchange 200 treats for 1000e. If I have 600 treats can I do this 3 times?

negative. you trade in all your treats every time you exchange them and there is no way to go over 1k energy.

Recommend doing any other good upgrades to bring down the waste, then trade in.

If you have the 10% bonus, you want to trade at 180, not 200.

Any even 10 between 10 and 180 is efficient.
