Atalanta has a couple of minutes in the first half where they conceeded two very sloppy goals. Despite dominating most of the rest of the game, their passing was woeful, their touches in front of goal terrible and their overall finishing disappointing. It finished 2-1 to Lecce to bring in the first loss. We are still 2/3 on the day and in profit - hopefully Tottenham can win and we will finish the day on a high!
Bonus tip doesn't pay off. Forest scored their first goal after a blaitent foul in the build up right under the nose of the referee. Spurs weren't at the races at all tofay though and even though the team was strong enough for the win, they just didn't show up, 2/4 on the day but still a decent couple of days after going 6 in a row!

Well we go 2/3 on the day. FC Voluntari dominated their game and were denied a penalty and a have a goal ruled out and they went down 1-0.
In the Pafos game, they went ahead just before HT and managed to hold on to secure a 1-0 win and likewise Juventus won 1-0 thanks to a goal in the second half.

USA went down 2-1 to Germany. Not sure if anyone watched this...but I did and I wish I hadn't. USA missed about 9488305 chances to score, had a ball cleared off the line, hit the post three times and were denied a penalty that even Stevie Wonder would have struggled not to see. Then Germany score a goal of epic flukes after the ball hits the post, hits the goalkeepers back and then goes into the goal. If there is such a thing as a footballing God, it sure does hate the USA (I blame Trump).
Anyway...we move on with our tips from today and hope they fair better.

Well the Basel bet didn't come in as they lose away to Grasshopper for only the second time in 12 meetings. I felt the need to share this with you though - I was watching the game and couldn't believe what I was seeing. They had 21 corners, 34 shots of which 11 were on target, dominated possession and somehow ended the game without even scoring a goal!! Still the only stat that counts are goals and unfortunately we take the L on this but still end the day with a profit.
