and now the marrage days isn't going up and it is saying i'm marred when i'm not but i'm not sure at this point.

This seems a bit off, perhaps the only explanation is that they had the engagement break-up page open when the marriage happened. The break-up action needs to have a check to see if the marriage has already concluded.

I've added transaction to the last ceremony and second thought actions. Also icon off on second thought. It seems there was a race condition issue. Thanks.

Where are you seeing this issue please? Per your profile, you are single and should be able to marry another player.
