As from today, my torn has started to look like this.
Happens on every page. Clicking dark mode on and off doesn't make a difference either..
I'm on desktop and using chrome

Try clearing your cache and cookies for Torn, it’ll most likely fix the issue.

Bad caching, can happen sometimes. You can usually click Ctrl+F5 to do a hard refresh and it will fix itself.
