    I disagree with the irradiate - Ive had a blast with my Irradiate Dagger for wars to soften them up then whip out the Main Melee. Stackable Stat Debuff makes a great Merc weapon also. Give me all your Irradiates.

You have a double bonus weapon when ~95% of Torn doesn’t even have a single ranked weapon. You seem pretty ungrateful with what you have got to me.

Tbh, have yet to see a single rw pen knife worthy.... the Sai is the other weapon that seems to only get crappy bonuses (Irradiation, wind-up)

wind up is not even that bad a perk, im around 5m total and it comes in very useful in rw against the current match ups i face

Yes, with a useful weapon! Pen Knife and Windup do not belong together... perhaps a nice Katana or Samurai, sure... not Pen Knife. (<30 DMG, and it is a Red)

Oh, Very nice! A EVI Sai would be nice. That would, in true fact, be the very first Sai I have seen in RW that is worth a shit. Seriously.
