edit: Got out of hospital and checked. Somebody did post these low level guns for absurd prices, driving up the value. I couldn't figure out how to delete this.



The value of my Steyr AUG should be $75,331, but it is labeled as $28,786,761
For reference, the highest average market price is 295,500 on 9 Feb '12

There has most likely been a RW Steyr bought from a bazaar that was valued in the millions, the sale of this item will skew the market value for a few days.

The Value for an item can spike at times, if there were a few sales of the said item for higher than base price. Players do this at times where they acquire a high quality weapon or a Ranked weapon for a price which is several times the base price of the item. If several of such sales take place in a short period of time, the Value of the item can shoot up for a short period of time. This is how the system works at present and is not considered an issue
