I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

Can you please restore our chain. We had hitters unable to open attack page due to day-change lag.

Sorry but we cannot restore this, other chains at the time were not affected and people were still making hits. A small increase in load times, which is known around this time, would not be grounds for restoring in this case.

I cannot justify restoring a chain when you had members say at the time they had stepped away and there were practically zero messages in faction chat during the entire duration. If there was a site wide issue it would have been automatically brought back up, we don't manually restore chains unless in exceptional circumstance.
