Most bets were suspended for a short time earlier. Looks like it's back to normal now. It may just take a little time to get your refund.

From bookie policies;
  • We reserve the right to suspend any or all betting on a game at any time without notice.
  • In case we’re experiencing any kind of issues getting updates from our provider, all betting is suspended until connection is restored and all the data is up to date.
  • Due to a data limitation for some sports/tournaments it is possible to place a bet after the event is started IRL on rare occasions. All such bets will be refunded (usually, when markets are settled).
  • While markets are generally settled within an hour after the event is finished, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the events with a low coverage.

    Hello.
    Due to an error in provider's data the bets were not paid and were displayed incorrectly.
    Now we got the correct data and the bets were paid out.
