I am not a karma junkie, and I am not offended, or surprised. I'm also not here to shame Samoiedskaya.
It's also not just about downvoting. It's about a consistent track record of appearing to find pleasure from bringing dismay and turmoil to everybody around them. Many examples, like purposely stifling kill-streaks of new players chasing merits within their own faction by soliciting outside interruption, and an assortment of other really unnecessary and unprovoked behavior at first enraged me...but has quickly transformed into pity.
...and I don't buy that years of acrimony is just next-level trolling. I don't know who they are or what they're going through, but to be overflowing with so much unprovoked bitterness and resentment must be exhausting. I hope you get well, Samoiedskaya and you exile whatever demons currently cavort in your cranium.
Although I've never given it light before, I succumbed to a momentary surge of pity, considering what they downvoted.
The downvote on its own is nothing--but it is one example of many that reinforces their brand of poison that goes beyond forums. Try and find me a faction they've belonged to where there has not been examples of pointless unrest and conflict...and I'll wager you can't.
You make a salient point, though, so this is the last I have to say about them.

i know people have issues, but dont drag down those that trust you to be a faction friend.
samoiedskaya you were abit negative when i was younger to, but it looks like you taken a turn for the worse, if there is real life issues behind your behaviour , you should try to talking to those around you, just letting people know what your carrying is an immense release.

ever since they engraved their position as a reprobate in that rip thread and were resoundingly shouted down, they've just stalked the forums to mass downvote folks every few days. they changed their name a couple times since then, but recently changed it back
there isn't anything we need to do to this person. the worst we'd ever want to do would pale in comparison to the self-inflicted misery they seem to insist on. they can't move on. that rip thread was over a year ago, but it seems the humiliation still feels fresh.
Well, seems like we do have a different vision over Samo, since my first interaction with her she was super into the idea of making a new friend, i really can not see this demon that you are talking about there...
Hope that you overcome that whole situation and find your way to forgive if it make you sad or let it be if it is not a big of a deal for you.

Years. Literal years. Never had a one on one problem with her, but my first interaction w Samo was in ShadowRazers. The explanation behind " why " was more or less " just because " . She wasnt very helpful in SR. Had been there before me and for a short time while i was there. Chat would light up with a word... what was it? lets go with " Sad ". I reached out a few times in an attempt to befriend her. Offered my ear. Never got much response. I was blacklisted by her, but I may not be anymore. Some anonymous letters & a couple msgs after her short stay at SR. I'm unsure what gain there is in her behavior. As few have mentioned we are likely just feeding whatever this is. I'm ok with that. If my response or the enviable downvote gives her a smile; cool. Hope you've been well Ari! Happy Holidays!
