Probably TCT at around $29m for the first block. Provides $1m every 31 days.

Is it worth? Probably not. It has a current return of about 40% per year, which is equivalent to the shortest bank investments WITHOUT merit upgrades. Since bank merit upgrades are one of the first things you should be getting if looking for passive income, you'll quickly surpass what TCT can give just with the bank.

Benefit blocks (for passive income) are generally not to be used until you max your bank investment at $2b.

I use this spreadsheet for BB values and returns. If you have maxed your bank investment merits then the only one which comes close (and is currently quite cheap) is the SYM block. If you haven't then it is better than the bank too :)

You should wait on Benefit Blocks until your city bank is full (2 billion). Just reinvest every two weeks or so and funnel and your new cash into it.

Once that's full, it may be smart to purchase TCT and cheaper ones before the better more expensive ones, as it may take you a while to gather the 1.3b needed for FHG.

But as prices stands, SYM is best, and it isn't too expensive. Depending on how long it takes you to assemble the 400mish price tag, it may be smarter to buy and collect on TCT while working your way up to it.
