Dear All,

Question, from what i learn was the more you rehab the less effective it become.

So that's being said does the rehab remain ineffective or does it will come effective again in the near future?

Either way, how come this ineffective/effective happen ?

It’s less effective per rehab but you can still do more to lose the addiction. The problem isn’t one of not being able to lose addiction points, but one of money adding up with each one

The guide posted by -Tank- is indeed very useful. Clicky: https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16181560&b=0&a=0. Addiction reduction rehab costs starts out with a cost of around 100k per xanax taken, and caps around the cost of 8.75m per xanax consumed, without toleration perks.

In the beginning you will be removing ~90 Addiction Points (AP) with one rehab. One xanax adds 35 AP without faction addiction reduction, and 18 with Addiction XXV. Eventually (if you consume 3 xanax per day), you will reach the cap of '1 AP removal per rehab', meaning rehab is less effective, but it is still able to remove all your addiction, if you pay the price. Long story short: it's just how rehab works.

To put it simply, the more you rehab, the less ineffective it becomes. This ineffectiveness will never recover. So, the best try to rehab as less as possible.

Here are few ways to rehab less :
  • Try not to Fully Rehab
  • Faction Perk Toleration Branch and Drug Addiction Mitigation Merits let you take more xanax than usual
  • Company Perks : Nightclub and Flower Shop let you remove your Addiction Points in exchange of Job Point.
