2 factor identification

What do you do if you can't get past the initial step of entering the street you grew up? I have entered all the different streets & it says incorrect answer. There is no other option from there.


I never wanted to deal with 2 factor ID for this game in the first place. This isn't [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]a financial institution. Perhaps staff is making this too difficult for the casual gamer. Thanks for advice. Maybe if I just don't logout, there will be no problems. [/background]

Well you can turn it off but if your account is breached with it turned off anything lost won't be restored and with 1000s of accounts possibly 10s of thousands potentially compromised or compromisable as they are using the same password across multiple sites.
May need to contact bogie or report yourself to get temp fed to verify your identity then can get questions reset.

I highly recommend setting them up aswell as the authenticator app, it will save the device info so even if you log out most of the time you won't need to enter anything

Nope, there is no where to turn it off. Just says enter street to proceed. Not my fault or concern a bunch of people use dumb passwords though. What a waste of time. Thanks for trying to help. Perhaps on my laptop it will look different. I eemailed Bogie, maybe he will fix me up.
