For those that chose to stay below level 15. I introduce you to NARCAN. While relying on travelers to traffic them back from Switzerland, home of rehab, for a modest $4.5 mil, or what every they want to set the value at, have a, do it at home rehab.

Might I suggest the med cool down increase equal to the travel time of a trip to Switzerland since this wouldn’t only be used by those who cannot fly.
I would also suggest that the reduce the addiction be equivalent to spending a monetary amount in Switzerland since 1 rehab is a loose definition.

Narcan or naloxone as we call it in the UK, does not actually reduce addiction. It only temporarily pauses an overdose for 20-30 minutes.
And a bag of blood doesn't just bounce you out of the hospital, irl, what's your point?

C'mon man, Nightclubs are already struggling without one of our perks, don't go making one of the best ones we have almost completely obsolete...
Plus, at that price point, that's an ungodly ripoff. I know this is supposed to be the American healthcare system, but holy shit. A flight to Switzerland plus a rehab doesn't even cost 300k, let alone 4.5m.
The "rip-off" would still make nightclubs relevant. For those that stay below lv 15, it would still hurt, but an option. Would help out greatly during wars and chains. Also, the finer details are moot, the main idea is what I was onto.
