I have felt very torn about this subject for some time now.
I would like to clarify that no person in-game knows that I am a multi.
I have multiple torn accounts, but have never used them simultaneously to exploit any facet of the game. Except for once, but we will get there. I believe it all started 10 years ago? The email associated with my original account is no longer available to me. Maybe 8 years ago I transferred 10m from one account I owned to another. I believe that was the start of this account. I have spent a fair amount of irl money on this game over the years. My point is, I do not exploit the game.
There has been a couple of accounts that I have created, that were barely played on. With e-mail addresses that were created solely for torn. Those few email accounts are no longer available to me.
I hope that ched will have mercy, and allow me to delete all of my current accounts. I am okay with starting fresh one last time. The account I currently play on is Leto-II [2796568]. I chose to post from this account because it is the oldest account I have access to. You can contact me outside of torn through discord: Leto#9548.
The reason I am signing up to be in fed, is that I want to unify the friends I’ve met over the past 10 years onto one account. I haven’t ever even been that good at this game, but the relationships I have made in this game have never been forgotten. As I stated, I generally do not play on multiple accounts at the same time. Therefore I want to unify all of my friends together onto one account.
For the next section of this post, I would simply like to recognize some of the cool people I’ve met here over the years.
TRex [1831950] - The first friend I met in Torn. He used to be the leader of ShadowRazers before they were “officially” apart of PT. Swamp man lives in my memories for sure.
Absinthian [2263711] - Maybe the person I miss most from the torn community. Such a great women. I hope you are doing well :). Talk soon.
DUDE dude - What happened to dude?
killer_bat [2076121] - Gun tote’n and proud of it!
ThtAstronautGuy [1977683] - Cannabis taken : 1,147
Tipsy [1160609] - I think I was un-ironically drunk when talking to Tipsy. She was fun to talk to.
Fatbears [2197270] - A recent friend that has provided some wisdom.
Matzkops [2566807] - I have honestly never met a player that takes this game more seriously.
Along with all the friends that I have made there has been some villains I’ve met a long the way:
Aurora [1554326] - When I first joined SR she wasn’t very happy I didn’t know how to stack. This was back before even territory wars. When factions simply chained.
sharkeyfive [1151690] - If you know you know.
PsycWard [1579270] - I don’t remember the details, but we got into it over something.
Now I’d like to just talk about some of my memories. Things that have stood out to me in my torn career.
One of the more interesting things I did was become a faction “mole”. Someone wanted me to join other factions and report back to them info about the faction. I took it a little too seriously. Rather than learning faction politics, I cut ties with my previous faction and sent back useless info back to someone.
For some time I was the Leader of RogueRazers. Ultimately I left the game shortly after, but it was fun while it lasted. I think the most interesting thing about that time was the co-leader at the time stealing money from the faction vault for gambling.
I remember when everyone used to farm walls for respect. I’m glad that RW has come around, and really changed how warring works.
I remember reading about iribuya being doxxed and some psycho tracking them down irl.
I remember when bones literally just threw in the towel during elimination. We could have chosen a better leader I guess.
I remember the bookies being exploited. Then chedburn was like “nah, nevermind”.
Overall a lot has happened during torns history. Though I haven’t played a major role in any of it, it has been interesting to watch this game evolve over the past 10 years.
Props to chedburn for making such a strong community. I hope my admission is accepted with mercy.
