We can see active RWs and warring factions' chain hits under API/Torn section but chain information about other factions are not available on API. It's public on the Faction Warfare page and available for RW factions on the API. Is there a way to reach to all active and on cooldown chains with API, if not, could it be opened for the API too?

I imagine listing ALL active chains would be a bit too much, since there are probably thousands of short chains running all the time. Why not use the faction/chain section to get the info about current chain for the faction you are interested in?
It's the only way to check other factions' chains with a bot. It can be opened with a threshold too. Won't be too much chains over 100 except special days or big wars
It would be very nice to have an API call to get the information that a user gets when opening the page https://www.torn.com/page.php?sid=factionWarfare#/chains. You get more if you scroll; the api could give more if you paginate. That page indicates that the number of simultaneous active chains right now is more in the dozens than the hundreds, so it suggests that thousands would be an overestimate.
