How to get started?

A subscription service based on a Google Spreadsheet, that will give you all the information you need...

The sheet will automatically update and track your latest points/item market/bazaar purchases, as well as bazaar sales, points sales, points usage on refills, as well as

You keep buying and selling, buying and selling ... Once you've sold as much you previously bought of an item, this "batch" will be moved to a separate worksheet, which will show you the total amount of profit you made, while you can of course continue to trade this item as a new row will be created on the "active" sheet

On additional worksheets you can configure items you wish to ignore from tracking, or mark as "long holds"***

These features are ALL part of the BASE subscription package!


Every sheet starts clean with no items (and can be reset to this state)

With the sheet cleared/reset, you can select items to be imported from your inventory. With TORN's API no longer providing the possibility to pull your inventory data, you will need to provide the amount to be imported yourself (Blame Ched!). They will be imported at the current day's market value (important for Museum Set exchanges**)

Finally, the ULTIMATE package comes with an arsonwarehouse integration^ AND a color-highlighted "potential profit" calculation, including a customizable suggested retail price:

You can provide relative prices or absolute values for item categories or individual items, define bulk amounts and prices - also: define prices depending on your current amount in stock!^

Based on the current lowest bazaar listing, the sheet will display your potential profit margin (should you sell at this price).

The "Suggested Retail Price" column comes with a pre-set formula, which gives a suggestion once a certain possible profit threshold is exceeded. The suggested price is below the current lowest listing but still ensures a certain profit.

This column will not be overwritten by the service script, so feel free to come up with a formula that works for you!

The intention: Give you the retail prices for your bazaar at one glance!

*) limited to straightforward "money-for-items" trade, which can contain multiple different items. Sell/buy price will be calculated depending on money sent in trade by calculating the discount/premium of the total current market value of all items in trade and then applying that discount/premium equally to each item

**) Museum set exchanges will consider the points obtained in the exchange as purchased at the total price at which the items in the set had been obtained. It is therefore critical to have all the Plushies and Flowers which are being exchanged present on the "active" sheet. This is the only way the sheet can determine the price and credit ALL the points that are received with the exchange.

***) Long holds: Imagine you purchased something with the intention of not reselling it right away, but waiting for the price to increase first. By default, items without any sales within two weeks will vanish from the active sheet to avoid any clutter. However, you can specify items which you intend to keep on the active sheet for longer

^) arsonwarehouse integration requires an active subscription to arsonwarehouse - this is NOT included in the sheet subscription!

How do I get started?

If you're a first time customer and would like to subscribe, please just message me in TORN -- Send me a mail message or chat me up! I will try and get to you as soon as I can.

I will set up your own personal copy of the spreadsheet and hand it to you.

You will have to put a valid TORN API key into the sheet, so it can pull the necessary data. The recommended way is to create a custom access level API key using the link below:

This key will give access only to the required areas and nothing beyond it. No $ amount in wallet or battle stat information can be obtained with it.


Once you have your copy, you can start by selecting your service tier:

Just enter some text into the cell next to the service tier you'd like to subscribe to.

Then, add some Xanax to your balance by sending Xanax to me (krasswez [2667147]) with the message "FLIP". It is important that you add this message, so the service can detect and account for your deposit automatically.

Once the deposit has been recorded, your subscription will activate automatically.

To have your subscription be extended, just make sure to have at least 1 Xanax in your balance before it expires.

If you wish to change your service tier for the upcoming extension, once again enter some text into the cell next to the service tier you'd like to subscribe to next. Once recognized, this will reflect in an info section on the left side of the setup sheet.

I was already using a lot the market notifer of krasswez which is already exceptional. I was lucky enough to be able to test this sheet in advance and I have to tell you, it is perfect. If you want to generate profit and see all the information of your purchases/sales, it's amazing. R+ !

Really useful sheet Krass has here. I thinks it great and automated data I was tracking manually anyway. I will continue to use/pay for it going forward. The info is really helping me with figuring out which items are giving me the best return and which ones to avoid or alter my pricing on.

I'm so glad I found this sheet, I've been tracking things semi-manually for a while and was meaning to make something like this myself but never got around to it.
