List of active users(IDs)

Hi all,

I'm sure this is included in some scripts already, but I cannot find a viable solution by myself.
There are for sure some people who have this already (spending several days getting all Torn population profiles).
If someone can share something similar (a list of Torn users without inactive/banned accounts), I would be very grateful.
