It's a website that's not torn, and by posting the links to other websites, affiliate marketing is just links to websites

its literally a image hosting website, you should be fine.

No, as long as the picture you posted is not breaking our rules, you are free to use Imgur. You are also free to upload the image to your profile images, and then link it on the forums, like you did with the image you posted.
