I’m trying open torn city using my laptop but it need Authentication code, normally it will send to my phone but this time it didn’t send Authentication code until it’s reaching a limit.

SMS based authentication can sometimes be unreliable because your carrier can be blocking the SMS, classifying it as spam message. I would highly recommend switching over to Authenticator based 2FA, as it is much more reliable.

This is likely no longer available in your country. Many countries are cracking down on 'spam' SMS messaging which is interfering with our ability to send international messages without registering and paying fees for every individual jurisdiction - which is not something we want to do.
I recommend you move over to the Authenticator if possible, We may have to remove SMS auth altogether at some point.

Please don't remove SMS auth. So much less hassle.
