If so these are crimes that you’re “enrolled” to by your faction. (Kidnapping, bomb threat etc)
They’re initiated by someone in the faction (you can do it yourself) and Respect is gained for the faction and CE for yourself.

I think u mean passive crime bonus. That can be found in the merit Crime XP or faction perks. For example u are at 35NNB (~2000 arson equivalent) and have 30% passive crime bonus. the system will see u at ~2600 and u will have crime success rate of at 2600 instead of 2000.
For more specific, lets take an example of "crime A", crime A has fail rate of 3% when u have 2000 arson equivalent, but with 30% passive bonus at 2000 AE still, the fail rate will decrease a lil bit because it see u at 2600.

Hmmm, I suggest u to spend most of the time reading and reading on Tutorials and Guides, instead of Question & Answers.

But im pretty sure u did, so imma just try to answer your questions. Firstly, dont use the terms PvE or PvP, nobody will understand that because we dont use them in this game. And about the "upgrade system", ithink there are a few i dont really remember, but u can only give a shit about battle stats, working stats, and NNB. What im going to say is the most basic, u will explore more by reading the written guides on the forum.

- U can increase battle stats by training in the gym, improve the efficiency by training with high happiness ( the higher happy the better train), happy can be increase by staying in better property, eating candies or consume EDVD (read about happy jump or choco jump for more). And with high battle stats, u are allow to do many things like mugging (defeat someone and mug a part of their on hand money), claim bounties, join rank war and get pay for hits. with low stats u will be bully by stronger guys, so try to improve it and not wasting energy on other shit.

- Next is NNB, u gain CE (Crime Experience) for each crime u success, lose CE if u get jailed. Ehhh read all of this: https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16120850. It is pretty clear. OC stand for Organised Crime, u join a faction and do it with your faction mates.

Im not sure what u mean by writting just "unsocial", but there is an advice that "dont chat on global chat". Not really in my POV, all u need to do is be polite, dont say/ask something stupid like begging money and u just be fine. Not only in chat but anywhere, like forum or torn FB. Because again, stronger guys can just fk u and u cannot do anything about it

Im not sure what i have written is helpful enough for u, but here is a tip for u.
Running a company is not easy, especially for newbie. it requires u to finish certain Education, hold some dividen of a stocks, which cost >2 billion Torn $. In case u ask me about stock: https://wiki.torn.com/wiki/Stock_Market. I suggest just drop/sell your company, find a company to join, use those comp perks, get trains to increase working stats.

i saw u flying to south africa (and do hunting), but i suggest do not (except for if u are inactive and cant log in frequently, or for merit u will see later on), fly to somewhere near which allow to comeback without wasting your energy, and spend them on training. Also more expensive plushies/flowers doesnt mean more profit, care about profit / hour

If ther are any terms u dont understand, try to search them on google/ torn wiki first. Or again, u just randomly read about them in the guides.
