So my friend started playing the game so i got back into it after being inactive for a couple of years and i saw i had 12 mil in debt from duke so i went to pay it back. I started selling my stuff and got about 6mil to pay half of it off and soon as i got the money duke mugged me for all of it. How tf am i supposed to get money to pay him back if he just going to keep mugging all the money off of me anyways

yeah duke will mug you for all cash in hand till what is owed in fees is paid.
