This was indeed a bug. It was patched and mentioned in the patch list of 31-01-2023, linked by EmeriX. - Fixed block on giving points from faction (I.e. gained from Ranked Warring) without the Points Storage upgrade

do i need to get the point perk on my faction to give point to there faction member cause last i can give without a problem it only happen on saturday that i cant give point to my other faction member
