If I own multiple properties with vaults, can I use all the vaults at the same time?

You can, but you can't rent them out if you wish to access the vaults as you have to move in to each property to access its vault unless thats changed... That being said. If you use palaces with vaults. But live in a PI remember if you move into Palace and 15 minute mark crosses you'll lose happy so time it right.
