Hi,
I just wonder all those locked mission givers beyond Duke, is there anyone behind them or are they just placeholders not implemented?

Currently Duke is the last mission giver we can get.

In the future there will be more... It's rumoured that 'Amanda' will be the next mission giver but it hasn't been confirmed.

don't think it will be available in the next 5 years :D the progress of TC for the new feature, etc are very slow nowadays :(

I haven’t been active much lately but I noticed past few years that they were respawning the same missions on me.

Professor Amanda Ravenscroft, a mission giver that has yet to be released, but according to Torn wiki, that will be the next one.
