Not sure if this is a bug or new feature?

When a new sound is selected for chat notifications could the new selection be played?

I am pretty sure that it used to play it at some point in the past. We are currently working on Chat 2.0 and do not have the resources to allocate for fixing existing Chat issues. We will ensure that the new chat will play a test sound upon changes.
