The description of the stealth book used to say "guaranteed stealth" and now says "maximum stealth". Same thing? "Maximum" is a strange way to phrase it. If it's just boosted stealth ability, not guaranteed stealthing, that's pretty underpowered for a single use item. But if it's guaranteed, why not just say guaranteed?

Okay but what exactly is the "effect." Does it guarantee every one on one attack by the user of the book or job special will be stealth no matter what the battle stats of the target and no matter what stealth rating of the attacker's weapon?
Losses and group attacks still won't be stealyhed, but any attack that can be stealthed will
