Since its focused on new players, I would also add the comment that if you are below 7 days old, you are able to buy the piggy bank from the missions page. Gives you the ability to easily store money. Or buy the stock ticker for not that many points to store your money there.
Might be a good idea to tell new players that they can find threads on the forums where people give new player parcels with basic items if they are < x amount of days old. I remember Kelsie offering something like a new player package with a weapon, some leather armor and a drug item to start out with.
Not sure if you want to go down that route, or want it to be torn mechanics focussed only.
