HI! does anyone know of a spreadsheet for enhancer items, their effects ,and where to find them, or some variation thereof?

Funny story, I was actually scrolling through that and had the desire to convert it into a spreadsheet, but decided to browse for one in case someone else already did the work...

You can probably get most of the info from the API.

it's not a spreadsheet.. but it's close enough.. that is if it doesn't break when i hit POST..
also, most of them can be bought on the item market or if you get lucky, found on your city map..
You don't need to have all of them.. just 1 Suitcase (S/M/L) and all the crime enhancers (except Wind Proof Lighter.. it's too expensive that it's better to spend that money somewhere else like on the WSU stock for example..)
