What is everything that is taken into account when searching for oppoent are that: members,rank,battle stats... or what exactly is all calculated?

- Faction Size (Factions will be matched with other factions that are within the following range...)
- Maximum range: round(({members} + 5) * 1.25)
- Minimum range: round(({members} / 1.25) - 5)
- Recently Fought (There has to be at least 6 wars since the previous war together.)

Got a similar question here, are the factors equally considered? Or is it determined mostly by certain factors but not others?
Sometimes I saw some high tier factions having low number of members, I was wondering the reason behind.

All factors should match at the same time. So Faction rank+Faction Size+Recently Fought
Member stats are no longer taken into account unless you are below your hidden rank, in which case they are used to calculate this hidden rank, which is used for matching you instead of your actual rank.
Otherwise it's just number of members, rank, and recently fought. These aren't weighted in any way, just used to exclude factions you can't match, e.g you can't match a faction with more than 1.25x your member number +5. You can't match one you fought in the last 6 wars. You can't match one more than one rank above and below you. Everyone else enlisted who isn't excluded in this way could match you.
