Don't beg, it will get you screwed over in this game.

Try not to make game changing suggestions either for at least a year. Gives you time to umderstand thr mechanics better.

For example, help with earning money or some items, or if there is anything else that I haven't noticed that beginners need to get a good start in the game. I'm new here and so far I think this is an interesting game.

First of all, don't be lazy to read when playing a text based game.

Start by following through all of the missions. They will give you the basic mechanics and function of the game.
Next, I would look for a faction who offers assistance both by way of links to guides as well as the ability to answer any quick questions you may have.
From there, focus purely on getting to level 15. Flying is bar none the best, no brainer income for a new player. Many manage to reach level 15 in under 2 weeks.
Up till then, a good form of money making is buying the items from city shops and reselling them such as Beer, Sheep plushies, etc.
Intentional attacking and losing is very quick money but something id avoid.
You can also find other new players who think they're safe from mugs though be careful because its a great way to earn enemies. I mugged a good bit of money in my green leaf stage.
